they call every morning and do not say anything and when i call back it is busy or just rings

This guy with Indian accent called me and threatened me and told me that my social security benefits would be affected if I did not return his phone call, and they always say may god help you. I wish we could find these guys and punish them.

Person calling himself Ryan Smith left two phone messages for me, one so far each day, telling me to call this "hotline" number. He said that I had to call immediately and if I didn't, he wished me "good luck" as the process unfolds on me or whatever.

Have received several calls after indicating I wanted off their call list. When I asked to talk to management, the fellow on the other end gave me a bogus telephone number which had my area code and prefix, rather than the area code from which the call originated. When I called the 'manager' phone number, I ended up talking to just another guy in my city. We'll see if the FDNC list actually works (just signed up as a result of this). What really burns me is that this is my cell phone, and I end up paying for minutes whether in the form of an answered call or to just flush out my voice mail inbox.

It wasn't a call. It was a sent through my network as International. Don't know what the message was though but, some weird PLAIN text.

Calls persistently every couple of minutes. We've picked up but no one speaks, we hang up, they call again. I'm really tired of this.
